At WCAworld, we prioritize your financial security. Our Gold Medallion program empowers members to conduct business confidently within our network, ensuring smooth transactions and protecting against losses due to non-payment.
Our Gold Medallion program reflects WCAworld’s commitment to excellence. We thoroughly vet each member, admitting only top-tier independent freight forwarders into our network. This screening process simplifies business operations and allows you to focus on growth.
WCAworld’s Gold Medallion Program ensures protection for companies conducting business with other WCAworld Networks. Companies within the same network are covered for claims up to US$100,000, while those conducting business outside of their network will receive coverage for claims up to US$50,0000. Thanks to WCAworld’s financial stability, the Gold Medallion program extends a total coverage of US$3,000,000 annually to the entire group, ensuring comprehensive protection for all members.
The WCAworld Gold Medallion Protection Program offers a fast and transparent claims resolution process to ensure peace of mind for our members. If a claim arises, our dedicated team works closely with all parties to swiftly assess and resolve the issue. We prioritize efficiency, guiding you through each step of the process, from claim submission to final settlement. With a commitment to fairness and clear communication, we ensure claims are handled promptly and professionally, minimizing disruption to your business operations.
Claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe of the Gold Medallion program, typically between 90 and 150 days from the date of the invoice.
Ensure that the office you choose as your freight partner is registered and enrolled with WCAworld. Offices not enrolled are not covered under the Gold Medallion program.
If both the claimant and the respondent belong to the same non-WCAworld network in addition to WCAworld, WCAworld is only liable for half of the claim amount.
